Mrs. Molly Gibbs
I was born and raided in a small town in Northern Illinois. I am the youngest of four children and grew up in a loving, Christian home. Upon high school graduation, I wanted to attend a Christian college that was far away from home. I loved the thought of beginning new adventures, meeting new people, and leaning new things! I attended Liberty University from 2009-2013.
LIFE VERSE
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and He will make your paths straight.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
After graduating with a dual endorsement in Elementary Education and Special Education from Liberty University in 2013, I began teaching Middle School Special Education for 8 years. Three years were sent teaching in Roanoke, and 5 years were in Lynchburg and Amherst. In 2021, I decided to take a break from teaching to stay home with my 2 youngest children until they were ready to begin school.
FAMILY
I have been married for 10 years and have 3 children: Landon (4th grade), Layla (Kindergarten), and Waylon (K3), all of whom attend Temple this year! We live in Concord, VA. At home, I enjoy raising my children outside, having plenty of animals to love on, and cuddling up on the couch with a good book.
WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT TEACHING
My favorite part of teaching is knowing that each child has their own unique style of learning and using the knowledge to foster a love for learning through a positive classroom experience.
