Mr. Zachary Fields

BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

I was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and have lived in Lynchburg for most of my life. I’m a graduate of Temple Christian School and went on to study Student Ministry and Biblical Studies at Liberty University. There, I met my wife, Katie, and we were married on July 8, 2023. We are passionate about serving God by helping students love and enjoy Him fully.

LIFE VERSE

2 Timothy 4:2 “Preach the word: be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.”

EXPERIENCE

For the past three years, I have taught the Bible in our student ministry at Heritage Baptist Church.

FAMILY

I grew up in a Christian family as the second of three children. I met my wife, Katie, at Liberty University, and we have been happily married since 2023.

HOBBIES

I enjoy playing board games, reading books that encourage spiritual growth, watching UFC, fishing, and spending time with my friends.

WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT TEACHING

​I love being able to build relationships with students and point them to Christ in everything and show them that God is the source of all that we know and learn.
